Western Pennsylvania Elite (WPE) takes youth athletes from low-income areas in Western Pennsylvania and exposes them to different life experiences through travel football. Our goal is to take our athletes from their hometowns and expose them to different states, areas, people, teams, food, and events at as low a cost as possible to the families. This requires a lot of fundraising and donations, and our volunteers are not paid nor do they receive any benefits. Any money brought in goes directly to covering costs for youth athletes in our basketball and football programs. As of December 2021, our athletes have travelled as far west as Illinois and Indiana and as far South as Florida.
