Formed in 1988, WestJax Outreach Inc, or Community Health Outreach (CHO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential healthcare, food assistance, and infant care supplies to low-income and uninsured families in our community. Through our Healing Hands Clinic, we offer free medical and dental services, ensuring that individuals have access to the care they need. Our Lord's Pantry program provides food assistance, ensuring that families have access to nutritious meals. Additionally, our Baby Luv Center supplies essential infant care items to support the well-being of infants in need. With your generous donation to our silent auction, you are directly contributing to our mission of making a positive impact in the lives of those facing challenging circumstances. Together, we can create a healthier and more compassionate community. 

In 2022, we provided over 78,000 services to so many individuals in North East Florida! We plan to increase our reach and our service.
