We are the PTO for a Title I Elementary School. Our objective is to provide the students of White Marsh Elementary School the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential in a stimulating environment through the cooperative interaction between parents, teachers, and community. We are non profit and use all funds to provide equipment, activity opportunity, events, and supplies to the school. Our organization is composed of parents, teachers, principal, and community members who have a special interest in improving the educational experience our students receive. Title I schools have a higher number of at risk students so all efforts are to support the school with increased challenges.
