Our mission statement is we turn care into action for low- income communities and group homes. We turn their helplessness into hope. Our purpose to successfully transition teen mothers in group homes into the real world through out Transition Core program. In this program we also offer assistance to their children. On a quarterly basis we give donations to the young mom and children. We also assist women that are in shelters through different events and means such as personal care items and our yearly "Purses with a Purpose". Another program we have is our Holiday Share where we try to provide meals to at least 500 individuals during the holiday season. We sponsor at least 3 families of single parent households with needs and wants of their families at this time.
