Our fire company is located in a very small community. We are a strictly volunterr fire company. We focus solely are providing the necessary means to keep our community and volunteers safe.Our volunteers are expected to be on call to respond to emergency calls for potentially long periods of time, and are summoned to the fire station when their services are needed. They are also expected to attend other non-emergency duties as well (training, fundraising, equipment maintenance, etc.) Our volunteer firefighters are very close, most of whom are family members. We We are in need of upgrading our equipment to provide the safest and most effective for not only our volunteers, but also our community. We are in need of the new supplies necessary to continue to provide life-saving measures on a daily basis.
