Williamsburg Regional Library (WRL) serves a community of 90,000 residents largely consisting of families, retirees, and students from across of the socioeconomic spectrum in James City County, York County, and the City of Williamsburg in Virginia. WRL works to provide excellent services to this diverse community, guided by its mission of "inspiring and nurturing a vibrant community through exceptional library services." The library provides a place where everyone in the community is welcome and where the community can come together to engage with each other in a safe space, learn new skills, and access different programs, technology and tools. WRL is committed to continuing to contribute to "a strong, informed, and resilient community" and to building on its legacy as a trusted public institution which will continue meeting the evolving needs of the diverse community it serves.
