Since 1990, Williamson County Cultural Arts Commission (WCCAC) has been a supporter and a leader in the cultural arts landscape of Middle Tennessee. Through our public projects such as Bluegrass on the Harpeth which for 31 years has kept alive old time original music and dance and fostered both and speaks to an audience of 5-10 thousand each year, the festival of Nations, the first culturally diverse weekend event in Williamson County, Franklin International Indie Film Festival ( in our 6th year with an attendannce of 1325 over 6 days) and Kids Art Fest Tennessee as a sponsor partciapant. We believe that Cultural Arts build communities increasing opportunities to join with our populace and enrich our community. We celebrate and support the Arts in all genre. WCCAC is not associated with a school but we engage children and families of all ages in our programming. Kids Art Fest is directed at ages 4-12.
