The Wimberley Education Foundation supports Wimberley Independent School district by generating and distributing resources in support of enriching curriculum, fostering innovation, promoting excellence in education, and inspiring a life-time love for learning. The Foundation directors are comprised of community members, parents, business leaders and non-profit champoions who work in partnership with the Wimberley ISD team to optimize the learning environment for benefactors whose altruism is making a difference every day in classroooms. From training pups in diabetes alert at the high school agriculture building to a sustainable garden and smoothie bus at the Special Education Department, "Shark Tank" style business plans, drone programming and building, boosting the resources and tools lead to greater innovation and achievement at all levels.
