The mission of the Windham County 4-H Foundation, Inc. is to provide a setting and programs for leadership training, environmental education and recreation for youth and families to develop into responsible citizens. We offer an eight week summer camp, one weekend family camp, and environmental and leadership programs on our 200+ acre property through two sponsored programs. The Windham-Tolland 4-H Camp provides children with the opportunity to grow and thrive in an unplugged, outdoor environment. The camp's eight-week summer program attracted approximately 1,400 campers last year, and over 900 campers have already registered for summer 2025. Throughout the school year, Ragged Hill Woods offers team building and leadership seminars, professional development for educators, and environmental programs for individuals of all ages.
