Windridge Therapuetic Equestrian Center of East Texas, INc  serves the East Texas Community thru Equine Assisted Services (EAS).  Windridge strives to help people with disablities both physcial and mental to overcome their challenges to become a more productive member of their family and community.  We serve participants from the ages of 4 years old to 80 plus years of age.  Thru EAS, participants work on increasing strength, mobility, balance, social issues  and cognition.  They work on the ground with tacking and grooming their horse as well as riding the horse.  Windridge has 5 main outreach programs.  They are Therapuetic/Adaptive Riding, Hippotherapy, Equines in Service for Heroes, Equine Mastery Program(in conjunction with Local colleges), and our Volunteer program.
