I am representing Woerther Elementary School PTO, a not-for-profit organization, located in Ballwin, Missouri. Woerther is recognized as a NationalSchool of Character and was listed #21 on Niche’s “2023 Best Public Elementary Schoolsin Missouri.” This level of excellence could not be achieved without the support of our parents and surrounding community.

Woerther PTO supports vital technological, educational and community programs that allow our
students to thrive. You can make a difference in helping us achieve our goal to improve the
resources of the children at Woerther Elementary.

We are currently seeking donations for auction items for this event from local
businesses. Not only will you be helping out the 500+ students and their families at Woerther
Elementary, but you will have an excellent opportunity to promote your company with the
families in our community. As I am sure you know, parent patronage can be a great asset to
your business.
