Here at Woman with A Plan, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2000, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Women Empowerment Nonprofit upon: support, empowerment and progress.
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Woman with A Plan emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.
Woman with A Plan ,provides a host of services for our women and girls returning back to our communities from prison and jail, this is made possible from our generous donors ,your donations assist with housing,drug treatment,mental health services,transportation,housing,job search ,temporary childcare,food,and other necessities.

Woman with A Plan has a new doula initiative called “Dorcas Doula Initiative “ Dorcas is Hebrew for “ Tabatha. DDI will assist incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women and girls with doula services and referrals.This will help lower the maternal morbidity rate encourage and teach breastfeeding which produce more informed healthy pregnancies and deliveries.

Anything Is Possible ! Woman with A Plan founder , Tabatha Trammell battled with several addiction ,mental illness, low self worth,an incarceration.Through prayer ,addiction treatment services,mental heath health counseling and treatment,and a community that embraced and accepted her ,she’s thriving in a productive manner in her community serves on several boards, peer counsel and mentors others through her church jail ministry .
Commitment, transparency, innovation. These three values have stood at the center of the Woman with A Plan mission since our founding in 2018. We wholeheartedly commit to the work we do with passion and dedication, transparently sharing it with the Gwinnett County Georgia community and inviting others to take part. On top of this, we challenge ourselves to think creatively, applying an innovative approach to all that we do. This mission drives the continued success of Woman with A Plan.

Williemae Bush joined Woman with A Plan with the vision and drive to improve our Women Empowerment Nonprofit and make our name synonymous with social change and human betterment. Williemae Bush has focused on developing the organization with great integrity. She is a trailblazer in the recovery community through Campus Church and other community partners.
