Women Involved in Nurturing, Giving, Sharing Inc (WINGS) was founded in 1999 to provide no-cost comprehensive medical services to uninsured women in South-Central Texas who are diagnosed with breast cancer and are living at or below the Federal poverty guidelines. WINGS is their only option for potentially live-saving treatment and care. We partner with a network of physicians and treatment centers to provide these individuals with patient navigation services, chemotherapy, radiation, labs, scans, doctor's visitis, medications and more!

WINGS also provided continuum care for uninsured breast cancer survivors for 5 years after remission.  Additionally, we offer educational workshops, suppor groups, resource referrals, survivor events and activities.
