Hello Worlds of Fun!

I am reaching out on behalf of the Woodbrook Elementary PTO located in Elkhorn, NE to request a donation for our school’s carnival silent auction.

During this event, we will be auctioning off gift cards, merchandise, and other services generously donated by local businesses like yours. The event proceeds will directly support the teachers and students of Woodbrook Elementary with classroom learning tools and activities. Woodbrook Elementary is the newest elementary in the Elkhorn Nebraska Public School District.

We would greatly appreciate your consideration of this request and any donation you can make. Should you choose to make a donation, we will recognize your business as a generous supporter of our school at the event, which is attended by 800+  members of our community. We will also recognize your business in our PTO’s communication channels, including in our newsletter and on our social media account.
