Woodlands Wildlife Sanctuary is a volunteer-based charity that rescues, rehabilitates and releases native wildlife.  Established in 2008, it attained charitable status in 2010.

The sanctuary is not open to public visitations, instead, it conducts educational programs to schools, associations and interest groups.

WWS mandate is...

  • To rehabilitate and release, orphaned and injured wildlife back into their natural environment
  • To educate and promote awareness, respect and responsibility for our natural environment and its' inhabitants
  • To maintain a sanctuary for suitable, non-releasable wildlife for the purpose of public education and fostering of species.
