Our Mission and Goal is to provide our Country's Wounded Veterans, Currently Stationed Soldiers or Emergency Services Personnel with PTSD and Other Disabilities.. With the Absolute Highest Quality, & Fully Trained, Most Obedient Companion our Wounded Warrior’s Deserve...We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our community, our lives and Our Country . Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change.

It is Our Firmest Belief that “FROM SCRATCH” is the Best Way to Begin the Journey Into a Life of Service for Our Wounded Warriors. Which is why we Only Select Our Service, Therapy, and Emotional Support Animals from Prime Breeding Stock AKC and FCI Registered Canines as small Puppies. It gives us a unique Opportunity to Mold Each and Every Animal for each and Every Handler and their Unique Disabilities.

Wounded Warrior Canines serves veterans with service-related post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and/or military sexual trauma (MST). As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and with our generous community of supporters, Wounded Warrior Canines Matches our Warriors with a Service Dog and meets with the Soldier for a One on One Assessment, then together we begin to decide on Specialized program at no cost to the Warrior. This program includes on campus and off-site training, bonding time with their Service Animal and other useful classes, it also prepares the pair to pass a public access test, earning ADA certification that the dog is the handler’s Service Dog.

Our team selects an Animal based Specific Needs of the Warrior, houses them on our campuses; and trains them to aid our Warriors. We Will train Service Dogs in the tasks that would be necessary to aid someone who uses a wheelchair, mobility scooter, or walker; is substantially visually or hearing impaired; needs retrieval assistance; or has advanced mobility or medical alert issues. But Special Provisions must be made and each case will be board reviewed.
