Our Mission: To provide a better quality of life and harnessing the power of communities; going beyond hunger by providing counseling and education in life and job skills to students, persons with disabilities and families in crisis; providing outreach in underserved and low-income neighborhoods in Chicago. We are addressing health disparities and inequalities by providing health and home care services to seniors, and persons with disabilities. Meeting basic needs and providing transportation to medical appointments and grocery shopping. Our outreach provides food security and nutrition counseling; school supplies and backpacks at school giveaway events.
