To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing on behalf of the W. T. White High School PTSA to request a donation of items to be used in a silent auction or raffle at our upcoming Street Fair on Saturday, March 30, 2019, from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.  All proceeds from the Street Fair benefit the PTSA’s Scholarship Fund.  W. T. White High School is in the Dallas ISD and 80% of its students are considered low income.  These scholarships help several deserving students each year to further their education beyond high school.

 

The W. T. White High School PTSA is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and your donation may be tax deductible.  We appreciate any contribution you can make as it will help us raise funds to support our students.   If you are able to help us, please send the donation to Patricia Gomez 3444 Webb Garden Drive, Dallas, Texas 75229 or call me at 214-616-9698 to pick up the donation.
