West Valley Parent Teacher Organization (WVPTO) is a parent teacher organization founded to enrich the education of students at West Valley Elementary School, located in Sunnyvale, CA. Our main purpose is to fundraise to pay for enrichment programs and support staff positions that are no longer paid for by the Cupertino Union School District.
