The Yaya Foundation provides hope for patients and families affected by rare disease in two keyways—by accelerating the discovery of therapies through research and providing education and resources to support patients and families.
With the Yaya Foundation, no one must face the uncertainty of rare disease and the diagnosis of those like, 4H Leukodystrophy alone. We’re with you every step of the way with reliable information, valuable resources and emotional support from a community bound in hope and impact.
In addition to finding a cure, the investment in our community of patients and families have become paramount as rare disease becomes increasingly more prevalent and the affected population grows.
