The Buffalo Niagara YMCA has been serving the Buffalo area community since 1852, over 170 years! We are a charitable organization, with a strong history in our community, a place of possibility and hope for all. The Y supports people of all ages, diverse abilities, and backgrounds to grow stronger, healthier, and more connected. We help improve the lives of individuals and families that are facing difficult times. Whatever the situation, the Y is committed to ensuring that the barriers they are facing will in no way inhibit them from achieving their full potential, physically and mentally. Through our Access for All Campaign, we make it possible for those in need to receive financial assistance, so they have access to the Y programs and services, like our LIVESTRONG Program for cancer survivors and Academic Intervention programs for school age kids. The Southtowns Family YMCA Branch is committed to providing programs designed to build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
