A lot has changed at the Y over this past year, but our commitment has
remained the same—to always be here for our community when people need
us most, with open arms and caring hearts. As we slowly move through the process
of fully reopening our Y and returning to a new form of normal, we are looking at
how we can further engage with our community.
• Our organization will focus on growth via connections in our
community and strategic partnerships.
• We will continue to implement a diverse, equitable, and inclusive
lens to do our work.
• We will identify and engage underserved communities in our county.
We will reach out to:
• Children and teens facing achievement and opportunity gaps so that
we can nurture their full potential.
• Families in need of child care and places where they can connect
physically, mentally, and emotionally.
• Seniors for whom social connections are vital to maintaining good
health, both physically and mentally.
• All those in need of chronic disease prevention programs to maintain
a healthy lifestyle.
• People of all ages with programs that help them explore their creativity
through writing and the arts.
• And so much more...
No matter what challenges the future brings,
we can overcome them together.
