The YMCA of Greater Rochester will be a leader in our communities; creating space and maximizing access for all to positively impact lives through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility with the highest quality programs, partnerships, people, and places. We are committed to being an Antiracist Multicultural Organization where we actively work to oppose racism and racist behaviors and systems in a way that strengthens inclusion and leverages our collective impact to address social inequities.
