YNOT(Youth Need Opportunities Today) Movement is a non-profit organization in Los Angeles County founded in 2020. YNOT meets under resourced youth where they are at and guides them toward a future where they can thrive in their community.
The organization was founded by Adam Zaragoza who was incarcerated as a juvenile from the ages of 13-16 and as an adult form the age of 16-29 years of age in local Los Angeles County Probation camps and State Prisons. This experience, along with the gang violence that toojk the lives of his brother and son, led him to work to change the life trajectories of young people following this same path by providing access to positive opportunities, education, case management, and crisis intervention.
