We are writing to request a monetary donation or any non-cash donation to help support York Little League. Any non-cash donations will be used for a raffle during our Opening Day festivities. Our organization has roughly 300 players who reside in York Suburban, Central York, and Eastern School Districts. York Little League also opens our registration to residents in other school districts who do not offer a Little League program.
York Little League is a non-profit organization, so your contribution is fully tax deductible. Our tax ID number is 23-6425023. Your business name will be displayed on our website acknowledging your donation.
If you donate to our organization the money will be spent wisely. The money will go towards providing new equipment our organization needs, it will help keep our registration prices low, help offset the cost of our umpires, and help towards acquiring new fields and renovating some existing fields we currently have and use. The funds would also go towards players who cannot afford to pay as we never turn anyone away. We will use all non-monetary donations for a raffle on Opening Day to help in raising more funds.
