Our Mission is to help any Yorkie cross with Yorkshire Terrier that finds itself homeless. Our dedicated group of volunteers will do whatever is neccessary to make sure all Yorkies in need will feel safe, healthy and loved until they are placed in a flawless forever home. In addition to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming Yorkies, we work with our communites in order to stress the importance of adopting a Yorkie in the hope of one day eliminating all puppy mills. We are dedicated to pulling Yorkies/mixes from shelters that are not adoptable as well as taking owner surrenders if the owner can no longer care for them. We take every measure to provide a loving home environment and ensure all their needs, medical and otherwise, are met before we begin looking for their happily ever after family. Upon intake they will see the vet to get all their vaccination, spay/neuter, heartworm test, fecal test, microchip and other medical treatments they may need. Yorkie Luv Rescue is commited to finding loving, happy homes for every dog in our rescue whether it be through adoption or in our Forever Ours Program.
