Our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming environment in which older adults can socialize and share meals. We work to facilitate access to services and programs that promote wellness, successful aging, and independent living. Young at Heart is aa place where older adults can find a friendly smile and warm heart, particiate in educational or cultural programs, or pick up groceries to ensure food security to our community members. We host annual flu clinics, monthly foot care and blood pressure clinics, and AARP programs on site.
