At Young Life, we believe in every kid having an opportunity to know Jesus Christ and to grow in their faith. We carry out our vision by building mentor-friendships with local kids and bringing light, hope, and purpose to them. In San Antonio Northwest, we consist of five ministries: Clark High School, Hobby Middle School, Rawlinson Middle School, UTSA, and Capernaum (ministry for friends with disabilities). In our area alone, we know more than 400 kids by name of all different socioeconomic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. We host weekly social gatherings that allow kids to engage in healthy community and have friendships that show them that they have intrinsic value and worth.
