Young Life Hollywood is an organization that provides mentorship and support to middle schoolers, high schoolers, and teen moms in the foster care system. We work with young people primarily in the MacArthur Park area of Los Angeles, which is an under-resourced community and mostly a Latino immigrant population. 85% of our students are on free or reduced lunch, and live below the poverty line. We have regular after-school programs, events, and activities, summer camp experiences - of which we subsidize the cost for students, who would otherwise not have the opportunity.
