YPC empowers youth and inspires social change through BOLD theatre.
YPC is a unique theater in the Twin Cities founded by Artistic Director Jacie Knight in 1989 with a vision: at YPC youth will have a voice in the creative process, be empowered as leaders, and produce theatre at the highest standard of artistic excellence. For more than 30 years, YPC has been an organization known for serving kids of any income, race, or culture----coming together to seek their potential, experience poignant theater, and develop the positive relationships youth need. YPC serves more than 8,500 youth each year with classes, camps, performances, and leadership training.
