Zoe’s House, Inc. is a non-profit animal welfare group comprised solely of volunteers that generously volunteer their time, their homes and their hearts. We are dedicated to rescuing homeless, neglected or abandoned animals from high kill shelters, puppy mills or from owners who can no longer care for them. We provide the animals with loving foster care, veterinary treatment and rehabilitation until we are able to pair them with compatible and loving forever homes. At times we also offer permanent sanctuary to those with special or medical needs and that are considered un-adoptable. Zoe’s House serves as a resource to our community and to our adopters by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, the importance
of spay/neuter, behavior training, nutrition, puppy mill awareness, heart worm preventative and breed education. Our organization also networks with other shelters and rescues. We try to assist other organizations when possible. Zoe’s House is not federally funded, and rely solely on donations to continue to rescue. Although we are not breed specific, we specialize in high profile medical cases that need life saving surgeries and also saving dogs from being prisoners at puppy mills and rehabilitating them.
