11th Annual Auction

Your generous donation will be auctioned off through our 11th annual auction–online and live–culminating in a catered event on Thursday, March 21st, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bowery Hotel, NYC. All proceeds from the auction directly benefit the 585 children attending P.S. 40, grades Pre-K – 5, who live in the Gramercy Park, Union Square, Flatiron, and Stuyvesant Town–Peter Cooper Village neighborhoods.
Funds raised at the auction will help provide critical resources to supplement the P.S. 40 school budget and enhance many vital aspects of our children’s education. The school uses the funds to provide teaching assistants in classrooms, professional development for teachers, library books, computer upgrades, musical instruments, and programming in wellness and in the arts such as Ballroom Dancing and our visiting author events.
The P.S. 40 PTA of Manhattan is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization (#13-3864766) and all donations are tax deductible as provided by law. Donors will be listed in our digital auction catalog, which is accessible by the 500+ families at the school and shared with friends and neighbors from our entire community.
We are looking for donations in a variety of forms including merchandise, tickets, or vouchers, Gift Certificates for meals, classes, services, and vacation experiences anywhere New Yorkers like to travel. We are also looking for Restaurants to sponsor Food Stations for 300, Dessert sponsor for 300 and Wine, Liquor sponsors for 300.
