The Lake Benton Area Foundation is excited to invite you to eat, drink and laugh out loud with us at our 14th Annual Fundraising Gala. Please join us for the 2023 Gala on Saturday, March 25th with doors opening @5:30pm at the Lake Benton Area Community & Event Center. As always, we can guarantee that the evening will be full of fun and excitement with a wonderful meal provided by the Country House, wine and spirts, live and silent auctions, and live entertainment provided by Comedian, Tim Gabrielson.

Following true to the foundation’s mission of giving back to our community, we are working with the City of Lake Benton to help raise funds for Lakeside Park, which is the focus of our community project for years to come. Improvements are set to include shelter enhancements, signage, landscaping, benches, and lighting. This project will benefit the entire community by creating an inviting gathering place for recreation to be enjoyed by residents and visitors alike. Funds raised will also continue to help support the bike/walking trail project and the LBAF Endowment Fund for future annual granting within our community.

We would like to ask if you wish to donate to our gala event and these worthy causes. With your support, we will assure that contributions are put towards projects that meet our goals and mission. Please consider donating items or services to be used in the auctions; cash donations are also welcome and appreciated.

All donations are tax deductible and can be made out to the "Lake Benton Area Foundation”. Cash donations can be mailed to: LBAF, P.O. Box 145, Lake Benton, MN 56149. We can arrange to pick up any item(s) you wish to donate, or you can drop your item(s) off at The Lake Benton Heritage Center/City Office in Lake Benton. We would appreciate knowing your item(s) by March 17th, 2023, so we can list your name and item(s) in our program that is distributed the evening of the gala.

We are also seeking event sponsors for the Gala, for your review and consideration below. We are also able to take individual reservations for the gala. Ticket prices are $50.00 per person (you will be seated with other individuals to fill a table of 10). The tables fill fast so please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to purchase a Sponsorship/tickets for the event.
