Thank you for your time reviewing this request to assist The FACES Foundation provide opportunities to helppatients, their support network of close family and friends, and those unsung heroes in the respiratory profession who understand that each breath matters. 

You probably know someone whose premature baby had respiratory issues; or someone with Asthma, Blood Clots, Cystic Fibrosis, Lung Cancer, Pneumonia or COPD. Help FACES provide resources and support to the network of respiratory therapists around the country.

FACES Mission: to acknowledge and promote professional excellence in the education and care of patients with pulmonary illnesses.  

The FACES foundation awards the PHIL Award each year. It is the only nationally recognized hospital-based recognition program dedicated to honoring outstanding respiratory therapists who provide exemplary care and treatment for patients with respiratory illnesses. The FACES Foundation is honored to be partnered with some of the leading hospitals in the country to honor and recognize outstanding respiratory care. 

What we need and how you can help:

The goal of The FACES foundation this year is to increase our number of sponsors, donors, and golfers to raise $20,000 at the 14th Annual Philip C. Lamka Golf Outing & Silent Auction.

Help us celebrate The FACES Foundation latest accomplishments and raise money from donated items at our silent auction. This year we are holding the outing at 10AM, Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Dunham Hills Golf Club in Hartland, MI.
