We are requesting a charitable donation to be used at our 18th Annual Charity Golf Tournament.  Funds raised will be used to support our community services (palliative care, caregiver and bereavement services for both adults and children, equipment loans).  We are only 50% funded by the Ministry of Health, and rely on donations and out own fundraising efforts to provide our much needed services.  The golf tournament is our largest fundraiser of the year.

On Saturday May 28thth, 2022 Hospice L&A will host our 18th Annual Charity Golf Tournament.  This annual event has become our largest fundraiser of the year.  This event has grown in popularity and success each year and has become a community favorite.  Participants play 18 holes of golf; enjoy a steak dinner followed by speeches (how funds are spent, community impact, and thank you to all supporters)

Hospice Lennox & Addington is a community non-profit agency that offers:

Visiting Volunteer Program, providing supportive palliative care

Adult Bereavement Support, offering both one-on-one and group support.

Caregiver Support Program – support groups, resources and one-on-one support.

Mobile Bereavement Boxes, resources for children made available to partners in our community.

Douglas Thompson Children’s Wish Fund, for children under the age of 19 that have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness.

Resource Library, a large selection of resources available for loan.

Equipment Cupboard, a selection of equipment available for loan.

Hospital Bed Loan Program, beds available for loan
