Dear Business Owner and Community Partner,

St. Joseph Elementary School in Long Beach, California is pleased to announce their annual Oktoberfest Auction will return to our community on October 9, 2021. Our auction will be coupled with an Oktoberfest Event that brings our school, community, and parish together to raise money helping to contribute to the school’s infrastructure and the well being of each child that attends St. Joseph Elementary. After missing out on last year’s auction and event, we are excited to bring this wonderful event and fundraiser back to our school and parish. It is important to stay unified as a community and support local businesses like yours.

St. Joseph Elementary is a non-profit school founded in 1956 that represents students from pre-K through 8th grade. We strive to provide a safe learning environment, where students can grow and deepen their knowledge in academic subjects and build community through service to each other and the extended community. This event is one of the main fundraisers for the school. The proceeds from this event will be used to help get our children back to school safely once guidelines allow and in the meantime will support our teachers as they begin this year virtually.

Partnerships and auction donations are essential to creating a financially successful event. We would appreciate a donation of any type to help support our school. All donors and sponsorship partners will be featured on our online auction website (deadline Tuesday, August 31st). Over 1,500 local, community families from our school and parish, along with many out of area auction participants will view the website. It is a tremendous publicity opportunity for your business.
