Dear Community Partner,
St. Joseph Elementary School in Long Beach, California is pleased to announce their annual Oktoberfest Dinner, Dance and Auction October 13, 2018. St. Joseph Elementary is a non-profit school founded in 1956 that represents students from pre-K through 8th grade. We strive to provide a safe learning environment, where students can grow and deepen their knowledge in academic subjects and build community through service to each other and the extended community. This event is one of the main fundraisers for the school. The proceeds from this event are used to support the school’s academic materials, extracurricular activities, technology equipment and facility improvements.
Sponsorships and auction donations are essential to creating a financially successful event. We would appreciate a donation of any type to help support our school. All donors will be featured on our online auction website (deadline September 15th). Over 1,500 local, community families from our school and parish, along with many out of area auction participants will view the website. It is a tremendous publicity opportunity for your business.
