On May 21, 2022, The Fort will host its annual ProAm to benefit our TennisWorks. This event features a night of competitive tennis, a cocktail hour, and silent and live auctions.  A donation of an item will provide your company with exposure to the event’s 150 attendees as well as our greater community of patrons who may be looking for your donation. Your tax-deductible donation will ensure that this great game is accessible to all and leveraged as a powerful vehicle for positive youth development and personal growth.  

The Fred Wells Tennis and Education Center, affectionately known as The Fort is a non-profit 501(c)(3). Our mission is to bring people together of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to embrace the lifelong game of tennis while serving under-resourced youth with the support of the community.   

 At the heart of our organization lies our TennisWorks development programs, which serve youth in grades 3-12 and weave tennis and opportunities to assist youth in developing life skills to be successful. Through a combination of facility, revenue, grants, and the generous support of individual donors, all programming is offered to students at no cost! In addition to our signature TennisWorks program, The Fort operates as a public indoor facility with more than 4,000 annual players.
