On Friday, September 9th, Aging Care Connections (ACC) is hosting its 21st Annual Sports Ball Gala at Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse in The Westin Hotel, Lombard, IL. We invite you to join our gala! Guests will enjoy ABC 7 Dionne Miller's Q & A with sports celebrities, special guest host and comedian Jim Flannigan, bidding on silent-auctoin packages and experiences, dinner and other games throughout the evening - all while raising funds for Aging Care Connections. 

At ACC we are advisors on all mattes related to the issues facing oldering adults as they age. With over 50 years of service to the older adults, families, and caregivers in our community, we have built a reputation for excellence in aging services. Our programs ange from Benefits Assistance to Care Coordination, from Adult Protective  Services to Grandparents Raising Grandchildren - annually assisting almost 10,000 older adults and their families.
