We are thrilled to be returning again to the Putnam Club at Gillette Stadium on Friday, April 14th
for our highly anticipated 2023 Bids for Kids Gala Auction proudly presented by SCU Credit
Union. We are delighted by this opportunity to bring our great partners and supporters together in
celebration of our Clubs’ impact in the lives of the hundreds of boys and girls we serve each day.
Young people need environments that offer positive peer and adult relationships, guidance, structure,
high expectations, and opportunities to try new things. That's precisely what Boys & Girls Clubs of
Metro South provides to nearly 2,500 youth ages 5-18 each year and nearly 500 boys and girls each
day after school.

We respectfully ask you to donate an item (or two) for our live and/or silent auctions through
which we are able to raise critical funds to support our programs and services. Last year’s live and
silent auctions alone raised more than $75,000 towards our $500,000 event goal! Gift cards, sports
memorabilia, concert tickets, and themed baskets are just a few examples of highly successful auction
items. All item donors are recognized on signage at the Gala Auction as well as on our online bidding
portal viewed by thousands of households in the Metro South region! If you are able to support our
auctions, please fill out our enclosed Auction Item Donation Form and kindly return it to us
by Monday, April 3rd.
