Description
The Bloomin' 5K is a major fundraiser for St. Peter's Haven whose mission is to provide food and shelter to families and individuals in need through our food pantry, transitional family shelters and our street homeless outreach program. The Bloomin' 5K & 1 Mile Walk is for both competitive or recreational runners, seasoned or novice walkers. The 5K is a USATF Sanctioned 500 point Grand Prix race with a fast 5K course with a downhill finish. The walk is a comfortable 3 laps around the pond in Main Memorial Park. Cash prizes for the overall winners in male and female categories in the 5K and a fun raffle of prizes for all other participants. The marketplace includes sponsored tables with give-aways, a DJ and a Kids Activity Zone.
