I hope this finds you well. I am the director of the Miss River Valley Scholarship Organization, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization affiliated with Miss Minnesota and Miss America Organizations. We are excited to announce our annual scholarship competition on September 30, 2023, at Stillwater High School. Our program empowers young women to promote their community service initiatives and showcase their talents, intelligence, and positive values, all while serving as role models in their communities.

I am reaching out to you as we need additional financial support to make our event a success. Our organization is committed to providing opportunities for young women to achieve academic excellence, serve their communities, and succeed in their future endeavors. This year, we aim to be one of the top programs in the state in scholarships given, and we believe that with your support, we can make this goal a reality. The women who win and who compete are all dedicated to community service and to being tomorrow's leaders. 

In the last two years, our titleholders and scholarship winners won over $15,000 by participating in competitions like this and the annual state scholarship competition. This year, we need to raise $8,000 to fund our scholarships, host our annual competition, and send each young woman to compete for over $27,000 in scholarships and the role of Miss Minnesota. We understand that this is a significant amount, but we firmly believe that investing in our organization will create a positive impact on our community and future leaders.
