Thanks to the support of generous donors like you, the Vance Spouses’ Club (VSC) makes a direct and positive impact on our military and local communities. The Vance Spouses’ Club is a 501c tax-deductible non-profit organization that raises money for scholarships, local organizations, and military causes.

Our organization is composed of approximately forty military spouses stationed at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, OK, who are united in a shared vision of giving back to the community. One of our primary fundraisers is our Annual Charity Auction which takes place on April 13, 2024, at 81 Ranch in Enid. Eight years ago, our club was honored to open this event to the community at large. This year we hope to give back even more and make this event a staple on Enid’s annual community calendar.

We are writing on behalf of the Vance Spouses’ Club to ask for your help in making our 2024 auction a resounding success. Through fundraisers like this auction, the Vance Spouses’ Club awarded $27,500 in 2023 to scholarship recipients and community organizations. 

We are asking you to consider donating a tax-deductible auction item or monetary contribution. As a way of thanking you for your generosity, we feature all donors in our auction’s event program. Although any donation is greatly appreciated, those businesses exceeding $500 in support are specially recognized.

• $500 Blue Jean Donors are recognized on the Blue Jean Donor list in the event program and receive two free tickets to our event.

• $1,000 Sport Coat Donors are listed in the Sport Coat Donor list and receive two free tickets and two extra drink tickets to our event.

• $2,500 Tuxedo Donors are listed in the Tuxedo Donor list, receive four free tickets and four extra drink tickets to the event, and have a 1/2-page ad space in our program.

• $5,000 Diamond Donors are listed in the Diamond Donor list, receive eight free tickets and eight extra drink tickets to the event, and have a full-page ad in our program.  Diamond Donors also receive other perks to the event!
