The Cumberland Elementary PTO passionately supports our Des Plaines, Illinois school, with 328 students from Kindergarten to 5th grade and a dedicated faculty of 105. As a Title I institution, we face fundraising challenges, yet persist in organizing enriching activities. Our key fundraiser, the Walk-A-Thon, promotes school pride and reinforces the Cougar Code. This event, a highlight of the school year, boosts school spirit as students secure pledges from friends and family. 

Funds raised contribute to initiatives like the Monthly Paw Raffle, Positive Behaviors Interventions Support (PBIS) Celebrations, and fulfilling teacher requests. Last year, we acquired essential equipment for music, art, and gym programs. Looking forward, we aim to sustain this support, enriching our students' education. Your support for this event will enable the PTO to maintain and expand these programs, making Cumberland Elementary an exceptional educational environment.
