I’m reaching out on behalf of the Wayne Theatre to invite you to be part of our annual Gala, taking place on June 6th. This special event supports our Studio Wayne Arts Education Program, which provides transformative arts experiences to youth across our region and beyond.

Last year alone, Studio Wayne impacted over 40,000 students from 48 zip codes, including areas like Staunton, Augusta, Waynesboro, Nelson, Rockingham, and Highland counties. Through classes, workshops, and cinema events, we’re proud to offer inclusive access to the arts—awarding over $30,000 in scholarships to ensure no student is left behind.

Our programs serve K–12 students and adult learners alike, with a strong emphasis on accessibility and inclusivity. We are ADA compliant and design programming that reflects a broad spectrum of cultural interests and needs.

On June 6, 2025, we will present another opportunity for you to celebrate with us and support the expansion of the arts in our region at the 2025 Wayne Gala. This year will mark our kickoff celebrations for our 10th anniversary of reopening, as well as the 100th anniversary of the theatre.  

At the 2024 event, we exceeded our goals by raising over $100,000 for arts programming and showing more than 300 people a great time in downtown Waynesboro.  This year, we plan to exceed those numbers, and we need your help.
