We host a saltwater fishing tournament every year. Prizes awarded for combined weight of three biggest fluke, as well as bonus prizes for single biggest fluke, sea bass, skate, sea robin, and bluefish. The tournament is two days. Fishing will take place on Saturday August 22nd and the award ceremony/pig roast will be the following day Sunday, August 23rd 2020. At the award ceremony, we also have a tricky tray raffle. We are seeking donations that could be used in any way to help give a larger donation to Heroes on the Water. Prizes for the raffle, food, drinks, etc are all things that will help keep our cost of the event down, thus boosting the donation. We also put together an advertisement book with sponsors information, as well as a facebook page and a sponsor page on our website. Last year we hosted 40 boats and have around 250 people at the picnic. This year, we hope to see both numbers grow and continue to have our tournament grow as a whole. Each year, we have selected a worthy charity to receive a donation from the proceeds and Heroes on the Water for the sixth consecutive year in a row. Over the Past four years, we have helped raise over $12,000 dollars and look forward to seeing that number grow. Thank in advance for your consideration.
