Knoxville Leadership Foundation (KLF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting organizations and individuals to serve individuals and families in need throughout the Knoxville area. The last few years have created significant challenges for our community – increased homelessness, poverty, and lack of community. For over 30 years, we have served marginalized and vulnerable residents, due to a lack of education, employment, or resources necessary to overcome challenges. Our programs target four areas: mentoring for children with parents in prison, workforce development for at-risk young adults and adults, housing for the working poor and homeless, and home repairs for the low-income elderly and disabled. Supporting our annual golf tournament is a way to participate in our mission and to give back to our community. 

The 2024 IRONMAN Golf Tournament will be held Tuesday, May 7th at Egwani Farms Golf Course. This event has become a cornerstone in our fundraising efforts for the past 27 years, allowing us to raise crucial funds to support our initiatives that directly benefit our community. The tournament is a chance for those to come play a 18 hole tournament while supporting a worthy cause. We provide lunch, and tee off time is at 12:30. 

How can you support our efforts? We are seeking donations such as gift certificates, event tickets, or merchandise for prize baskets to reward players participating in a worthy cause. Also, if you are interested in being a sponsor, I am glad to discuss that with you. Your support will not only contribute to the success of our event, but we will also publicize you as a prize sponsor on the day of the tournament and list your company as an Ironman supporter on our web site for the event.
