We are thrilled to be reaching out to you for our upcoming Boys & Girls Clubs of Oceanside 29th annual Boys and Girls Night Out “Great Gatsby” Gala. Back by popular demand, we will be hosting this amazing GALA on Friday, October 21st at 6:00 p.m. at our Townsite Clubhouse, located on 401 Country Club Lane. With more than 200 guests, including sponsors, city officials and supporters, our Gala has proven to be an extraordinary, inspiring and entertaining evening for everyone. We are reaching out to you for auction items for our silent and live auctions. Not only is this a wonderful marketing opportunity for your business, your donation will help to raise much needed funds that will impact the lives of over 1,100 Club members each day. We are a youth development organization whose mission is to inspire, develop and enrich young people to reach their fullest potential as confident, productive, responsible, caring members of society. To this end, the development and implementation of programs that address enriching academic and educational opportunities, combined with developing strong character values in the youth we serve, is critical to providing the qualities needed to become responsible citizens and future leaders. Funds raised from our Gala go to support our programs as well as scholarships for youth in need so that they can attend summer camp. We offer educational and leadership opportunities, positive and inspiring role models and a proven mentorship program that has impacted more than 38,000 youth over the past six decades. This year we are also raising funds to enhance our programs to include: a Culinary Arts Teaching Kitchen, Performing Arts Center and a STREAM (Science, Technology, Research, Engineering, Arts & Math) Lab.
