Association of Horizon is a Chicago-based non-profit organization that aims to empower and enrich the lives of adults with physical disabilities through recreational activities.  We are hosting our 2nd annual gala on November 1, 2019 at Venuti's Banquet Hall in Addison, Illinois. During the gala participants will partake in a silent auction and raffle. Guests will also enjoy a sensible dinner and afterwards will enjoy dancing to live entertainment.

Association of Horizon is supported by a wide variety of individuals.  This includes: adults with physical disabilities, volunteers, friends and family members, as well as community members.  Horizon's served population, as well as the organization's supporters, predominantly reside in the Greater Chicagoland area.
