One child abused is one too many, but all of us can be the one to make a difference.  We Need Your Help!

The Friends of the Cortland County Child Advocacy Center is hosting our 3rd Annual Be a Star for Children fundraising event to help support abused children and their families.

We are asking for donations of merchandise or gift certificates to help fill themed gift baskets for raffle and silent auction items at our event.  Ready-made gift baskets showcasing your business or organization are also welcome and appreciated.  All contributors’ company names will be posted at the event and on our social media sites. 

The Cortland County Child Advocacy Center is a community organization dedicated to the prevention, education, and investigation of child abuse. The Center staff provide free services, support and healing to abused children and their families.  Our team is made up of Law Enforcement, Prosecution, Social Workers, Advocates, and Mental Health and Medical professionals, who work tirelessly, in a safe environment to provide healing and justice to abused and neglected children and their families. Your donation makes it possible for our staff to expand its services to those who often do not have a voice…our children.
